Purpleheart is a long-grain, dense wood that offers a stunning sound and feel, whilst mahogany offers a woody and focused timbre. The inclusion of bridge pins will ensure the Bluford has increased sustain and projection.
Combine this with chrome die-cast tuners and a deep blue finish, and you have a beautiful and versatile instrument.
